Vitra Introduces Adaptable Office Furniture

Nov 09, 2016 designdiffusion

With workplace design shifting towards adaptability, privacy and connectivity, Swiss brand Vitra has launched a new collection of office furniture, featuring the height-adjustable Hack desk and the new and improved Allstar office chair, proving that in order to attract young payrolls, companies must use functional and adaptable pieces that are responsive to dynamic work environments.

The Hack desk, a forward-thinking design solution that takes its name from an implied ‘hack’ of the office environment, presents an unfinished aesthetic that recalls an experimental project, reflecting the attitude of companies that define themselves as constantly changing. Each Hack unit, made from ecologically sustainable materials, is adaptable to various needs, folding into standing, sitting and lounge options, and defining distinct niches for work, meetings and relaxation. Meanwhile, a compliment to Hack is the newfangled Allstar chair, a swivel chair that inspires a sense of familiarity and relaxation, ideally suited for use in modern, well-appointed home offices.
